Job description
Dropoff is seeking a City Manager in Rochester to ensure excellence in local market operations across multiple markets within a defined region. You will recruit and supervise the driver fleet, manage payroll, monitor orders, and drive customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has operational management or customer service experience, with last-mile logistics or healthcare logistics being a plus. This is a hybrid role with onsite client engagement and remote work as appropriate.
