Job description
Empower is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Planning & Advice to lead a team delivering foundational education and fiduciary guidance to plan participants. You will drive onboarding, proficiency, and consistent advice quality while fostering growth and inclusive culture.
You will supervise fiduciary activities, partner with training and workforce teams, and address escalations to continuously improve services and outcomes.
