Altria Group, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Governance Associate Manager in Richmond, VA on a hybrid schedule.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize Source-to-Pay processes, implement automation and AI enablement, and establish governance frameworks that support scalable, measurable business outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in continuous improvement, governance, or related fields, with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and strong data analysis capabilities.
