BI WORLDWIDE in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Customer Technology Manager (Sr. CTM) to lead delivery, operation, and evolution of our SaaS solutions, while guiding cross-functional teams across Client Services, Operations, Products, Engineering, QA, and Security.
The successful candidate will combine technical aptitude with leadership and customer relationship skills to drive business outcomes, manage risk, ensure service excellence, and advance platform automation and growth.
