Job description
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Campus Care Medical Group. This role provides outpatient psychiatric care onsite at Trinity College and University of New Haven, with an additional focus on virtual care across the Campus Care service line.
Responsibilities include medication management, psychiatric evaluations, case consultations, and educational outreach.
