Job description
Baer is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a 6+ month project in Batavia, NY on a hybrid schedule. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while aligning Agile delivery with production priorities in a manufacturing environment.
The candidate should have 3+ years as a Scrum Master, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, and experience with Jira/Azure DevOps in cross-functional teams. This contract offers hybrid work in Batavia, NY.
