Job description
Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Jose is seeking a Product Test Engineer in Silicon Operations to lead the design, development, and testing of Cisco's Silicon One ASICs.
You will partner with ASIC design teams, NPI groups, and OSATs to ensure high-quality production testing and timely problem resolution. You will drive tests on Advantest 93000 series equipment, manage yield improvements, and implement root‑cause containment and corrective actions.
