Job description
AECOM is seeking a Sr. Capture Manager (Enterprise Pursuits) to lead strategic growth and secure major enterprise pursuits. This hybrid role reports to the Strategy and Growth lead for the Water Global Business line and requires visionary leadership across global teams.
Responsibilities include directing discovery, pre-positioning, differentiations, and delivery strategies, while aligning marketing, bidding, and client stakeholders to produce winning proposals.
