Job description
MFS Investment Management in Boston is seeking a compensation professional to provide expertise and analysis across compensation programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for requests, including job leveling, market pricing, offers, and related inquiries.
You will collaborate with Compensation leadership and Senior Consultants to deliver analyses, recommendations, and operational support that enable sound compensation decisions and program delivery.
