Job description
Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to support the ethics and compliance program across the enterprise. The role emphasizes Integrity Line management, investigations support, and compliance operations, with collaboration across Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and IT.
You will work in a hybrid setup at Milwaukee, WI or Rosemont, IL, reporting to the Director, Corporate Compliance, and helping drive policy governance, training, and technology enablement.
