Job description
Epicor is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to partner with Legal and business teams on review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex technology agreements. You’ll handle SaaS, licensing, cloud, and services contracts and support risk management across departments.
The role requires senior-level negotiation skills, deep understanding of contract lifecycle steps, and the ability to improve processes and templates. Hybrid US-based work arrangement is available.
