Job description
West Virginia University Foundation seeks a Director of Development for the Heart & Vascular Institute in Morgantown, WV. The role leads private philanthropic support across leadership and major gifts, coordinating outreach, donor engagement, and campaign activities to grow the funding pipeline.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of high-potential donors, collaborate with medical leadership and WVU Medicine, and operate in a hybrid work environment in line with Foundation policies.
