Job description
Prospect Schools seeks a strategic, equity-driven Senior Director of School Operations to lead and scale operational excellence across our growing network. You will coach DSOs, establish scalable systems, and collaborate with school and network leadership to drive initiatives that support student success.
As a senior leader, you will partner with the COO, oversee a portfolio of DSOs, and build strong teams while promoting equity and inclusion across all schools.
