Job description

Astrana Health seeks a Senior Director – Provider Contracting to lead managed care contracting and negotiations. This hybrid role requires in-office 2–3 days weekly in Monterey Park, CA, and Orange, CA, with additional remote work.

You will identify opportunities, set reimbursement strategies, draft contracts, oversee DOFRs and CAPs, and provide executive reporting on network adequacy, financial impact, and strategic opportunities.
