Job description
GEICO seeks a Senior Engineer in Bethesda, MD, to lead engineering efforts for high-performance, low-maintenance platforms. You will collaborate with Sr Staff Engineers to drive a technical roadmap and deliver scalable solutions.
The role requires strong distributed-systems experience, proficiency in Java/Go/Python, and hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC in a hybrid environment. You will coach others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
