Job description
Confidential, a growing dental group with practices across several southeastern states, seeks a senior HR generalist to run day-to-day HR across all sites. The role is hybrid, primarily on-site at the Charlotte-area home office with occasional travel.
You will become the trusted HR partner for practice leaders, owning employee relations, investigations, and corrective action from start to finish, while ensuring compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws.
