Job description
Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in Atlanta seeks a attorney to provide coverage opinions on bad faith, DISCLAIMERS, and policy interpretation and to litigate extra-contractual and bad faith claims. The role supports insurers and brokers in complex coverage disputes across state and federal courts.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with strong collaboration across partners and associates. Experience with coverage claims and familiarity with insurance contracts is preferred.
