Job description
Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead the design and deployment of multinational equity compensation programs. You’ll manage projects end-to-end across design, implementation, and compliance, collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.
You’ll work within a global hub model with teams in the US, UK, and Australia, supported by in-country experts in 70+ jurisdictions, ensuring governance, accuracy, and alignment with client goals.
