Job description
CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead consulting services for aerospace industrial and logistics projects, including MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs. The role combines planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, with a hybrid onsite schedule in Clearwater, FL and potential 10–20% travel.
You will manage client relationships, define scopes, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk while coordinating resources and vendors across multi-use facilities.
