Job description
Stryker Group in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Sourcing (Hybrid) to lead assigned sourcing areas and supplier performance initiatives for the Endoscopy Business Unit NPI Team. You will partner with R&D, operations, quality, and finance to drive supplier capabilities, cost management, and performance optimization.
You will oversee onsite sourcing teams, develop commodity plans, and lead cross-functional projects to build a best-in-class strategic sourcing organization.
