Job description
Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead enterprise-wide talent planning and performance management. You will partner with senior leaders, HR COEs, and business units to review talent, calibrate development plans, and drive HiPo programs while ensuring data-driven insights through Power BI.
