Job description
Penguin Solutions is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst to join the global trade compliance team in the legal department. You will classify products, software, and technology, and support import/export regulatory processes.
Based in Durham, NC or remote US, you will analyze EAR/ITAR, manage license applications, and collaborate across sales, supply chain, and engineering to mitigate tariff impacts and ensure regulatory compliance.
