Job description
Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive financial performance and growth. You will forecast, report on performance, and partner with leaders across the organization in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
You’ll own financial reporting, analyze retail performance, optimize channels, and build scalable dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SQL to inform executive decisions.
