Job description
Avalign Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and policy application across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will support talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS transactions, benefits, and compliance while collaborating with manufacturing leadership.
