Job description
Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking a Director for Recruitment & Strategic Engagement in the School of Pharmacy. The role leads student recruitment, manages the Ambassador program, and develops new pathways to broaden the applicant pool.
Responsibilities include coordinating Open Houses, college fairs, partner programs, and CRM management, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across Admissions, Communications, and PharTech systems. Hybrid work is offered.
