Job description
Airbus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to source, screen, and recommend candidates for roles at all levels. You will develop advanced sourcing strategies, screen applicants, and partner with managers to build a strong candidate pool.
The role requires 6+ years of TA experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and deep knowledge of US employment laws. Hybrid work is available with travel to campuses and events as needed.
