PBMares is seeking a Supervisor of Talent Acquisition to lead and enhance our recruiting strategy across experienced, campus, and internship programs. You’ll partner with firm leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent while guiding workforce planning and market-informed hiring practices.
The role supports a hybrid, professional office environment with travel to PBMares offices and recruiting events. A strong background in compensation benchmarking and talent analytics is required.
