Watkins Wellness is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for the Sauna360 brand. You will partner with hiring leaders, build trusted relationships, and create an engaging candidate experience that supports business growth.
This hybrid role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred. You’ll source across production, operations, technical, professional, and leadership roles while driving continuous improvement in our hiring processes.
