Flynn Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of corporate functions across Independence, OH, Dallas, TX, and San Francisco, CA. You’ll partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will build strong pipelines, guide interviews, and deliver a top-notch candidate experience, while maintaining data in our ATS and reporting on recruiting metrics.
