Job description
Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is seeking a Talent Management professional to design, administer and oversee succession planning, performance management, career development, and individual development planning across the organization.
You will assess talent needs, facilitate reviews, partner with leaders and HR Business Partners, and drive development opportunities, leadership growth and internal mobility to strengthen the workforce pipeline.
