Job description
EisnerAmper is a leading accounting and advisory firm with a strong Tax Group that drives innovative tax solutions for clients across industries. This role will involve researching complex federal income tax issues, assisting with M&A tax structuring, and producing timely tax alerts and trainings.
The ideal candidate brings JD or LL.M (Tax) and 20+ years of experience in tax consulting, with deep knowledge of LLCs, partnership taxation, and various accounting methods.
