The role focuses on complex tax issues, including partnerships, accounting methods, and M&A structuring, with a bias toward large firm experience and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required are a JD or LL.M (Tax) and 20+ years in federal tax consulting; CPA and LL.M are preferred.
