Job description
Am Law 100 Law Firm in Texas seeks a Director of Tax to lead US and international tax strategy, compliance and planning. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office, 1 day WFH, with offices in Houston, Dallas or Austin.
Reporting to the CFO, the Director will oversee tax filings, partner tax matters, and cross-border tax risk management across jurisdictions. CPA license and 12–15 years of progressive tax experience required.
