Lume Search Partners seeks a motivated Tax Manager or Senior Manager to lead engagements for family offices, real estate entities, and corporations. The role emphasizes client relationships, strategic tax planning, and team leadership in a growing tax practice.
The ideal candidate will oversee complex returns, mentor staff, and drive proactive tax consulting in a hybrid Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beach setting. Excellent technical expertise and leadership are required.
