Job description
Saul Ewing LLP in Chicago seeks a Tax Manager to oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, reporting, and planning for a domestic partnership structure. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, outside advisors, and partners to ensure accurate, timely tax filings.
The role requires deep knowledge of partnership taxation, multi-state issues, and partner compensation. CPA is required; Master of Taxation or JD/LLM in Taxation is a plus.
