Job description
Your Wellness Care Medical Group is seeking a part-time 1099 (independent contractor) APN to work 4 – 20 hours per week with a hybrid tele-health (80%) and in-person (20%) model to serve a co-occurring population. The practitioner will assess and diagnose illness states, initiate psychotropic medications and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements include RN license, NJ prescriptive authority certification, Master’s in Nursing, CDS registrations, and ANCC certification.
