Job description
Morrison is seeking a Vice President of Development in Portland, OR, a hybrid role reporting to the CEO. You will lead the fundraising program, expand major gifts, and build a robust donor network to reach ambitious revenue goals.
You will collaborate with the CEO, board, and staff to create strategy, pipelines, and infrastructure for sustainable growth while coaching a small team and cross-departmental partners.
