Job description
Regal Rexnord is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President, Total Rewards to shape global compensation and benefits. You will lead an internal team of three and coordinate with external vendors to optimize programs that attract and retain top talent.
You’ll report to the CHRO and partner with the CEO and executive leaders on compensation strategy, governance, and communication. A hybrid work model applies with in-office collaboration required.
