If you have experience installing hydraulic systems, reading blueprints, troubleshooting mechanical equipment, or working on heavy equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company with competitive pay and outstanding long-term career opportunities.Pay: $23.00 per hour - $25.00 per hourPosition OverviewAs a Hydraulics Assembler, you'll be responsible for installing, connecting, and testing hydraulic systems on heavy-duty aerial lift equipment. This hands-on role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics to ensure each unit is built to the highest quality and safety standards.What You'll DoInstall hydraulic components including pumps, valves, cylinders, PTOs, reservoirs, filters, hoses, and fittingsRead and interpret hydraulic schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manualsFabricate and install mounting brackets and hydraulic hardwareAssemble hydraulic hoses and ensure all fittings meet cleanliness and torque specificationsPerform pressure testing, flow testing, and hydraulic system start-up proceduresTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic system issues during assembly and testingInstall related electrical components, including valve wiring and generator connectionsComplete installation documentation, testing records, and timekeeping accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives and assist with equipment testing as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required3–5 years of hydraulic assembly, hydraulic installation, or hydraulic technician experience preferredAbility to read hydraulic schematics and engineering drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipmentExperience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or lifting equipment is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work around large truck chassisComfortable climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working underneath equipmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsCDL Class B license or the ability to obtain one is a plusWillingness to work overtime or flexible hours when production requiresWhy Apply?Starting pay of $23.00/hour - $25.00/hourWeekly pay through Express Employment ProfessionalsLong-term career opportunity with advancement potentialHealth, dental, and vision insurance available401(k) with company match (upon eligibility with the client)Paid holidays and paid time off (upon eligibility with the client)Professional training and career developmentStable manufacturing environment with modern equipmentSafety-focused workplace that values quality craftsmanshipApply Today!
