Job description
Badger Daylighting is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely operate hydrovac trucks supporting construction and industrial projects. This field-based role combines commercial driving and non-destructive excavation, using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to expose underground utilities and infrastructure. Responsibilities include driving to jobsites, setting up equipment, performing safe daylighting, completing inspections, and maintaining logs. You’ll work in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment with strong training, clear procedures, and opportunities to advance into supervisory and technical roles across Badger’s North American operations.
