Job description
Badger Daylighting is hiring Hydrovac Operators in Lake Charles, LA to support construction, industrial, and utility projects. In this field-based role, you will operate hydrovac trucks to safely daylight and expose underground utilities using high-pressure water and powerful vacuum systems. Responsibilities include daily equipment inspections, site setup, traffic control, and accurate documentation. You’ll work in a safety-focused, team-driven environment with extensive training, strong safety programs, and opportunities to advance into supervisory and technical roles across North America.
