Job description
Trillium Construction is seeking an I&C Technician near Childress, TX!
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of instrumentation and automation services, troubleshooting, calibration, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Troubleshoot instrumentation functionality and I/O operation.
Terminate PLC signal cabling at PLC cabinets & field side (Instrumentation / VFDs / Electrical Equipment )
Able to interpret IO lists and cable scheduling
Able to interpret control panel and PLC schematics
Repair instrumentation, typically involving calibration using a variety of meters and tools.
Set up new instrumentation and calibrates to specifications using schematics and drawings.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of test apparatus and peripheral equipment.
Assist with a variety of related installation and maintenance projects for automating large industrial processes.
Use computerized equipment and software to perform testing functions and produce reports.
Work with engineers testing and commissioning PLC systems.
Travel to customer sites to provide services as required
Pay
Pay: $38
Per Diem: $178 / day for days worked
Schedule: Mon - Sun, 80h+ / week
Qualifications
OSHA 10 Certification
