Job description
Middle Tennessee State University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Psychology (Industrial-Organizational). The start date is August 1, 2027. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate I-O courses, supervise student research and theses, and develop an active research program.
Areas of specialization are open, and the candidate will support the MTSU Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness as part of a strong I-O program.
