Job description
Middle Tennessee State University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in industrial-organizational psychology at the rank of assistant or associate professor, starting August 1, 2027.
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate I-O courses, supervise student research and theses, and develop a productive research program, with opportunities to support the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness.
