Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid

Required:
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation and Scripting (8 years).
Experience with Application onboarding and integrating business applications with IAM systems (8 years).
Experience with Designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, enforcing separation of duties and designing certification campaigns (5 years).
Experience with Managing Centralized Identity Provider and configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (5 years).
Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (3 years).
Experience with Implementing User Access reviews with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (3 years).
Experience with Integrating applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (3 years).
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) (3 years).
Experience with Automating user provisioning and reporting using scripting languages PowerShell and Python (3 years).
Preferred:
Experience with Working with a state government agency (2 years).
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA.
Develop lifecycle workflows and onboard applications via REST APIs.
Establish Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Integrate IAM solutions across platforms and support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management, and Privileged Access Services.
Collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices.
Regularly assess IAM technologies and maintain technical documentation.
Provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases.
