Clearance Required: Active Secret
Terms: Direct Hire
Certification Required: Okta Certified Consultant
Experience Required:
12+ years in enterprise ICAM Identity and Access Management and Authorization support for a federal customer.
Brief description:
Senior ICAM Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as the primary technical director uniting access management and identity governance into a cohesive Zero Trust architecture.
This expert would design and execute high-throughput application onboarding lanes, leveraging automated DevSecOps deployment models to rapidly integrate legacy workloads across enterprise platforms like Okta and SailPoint without disrupting mission operations.
By establishing standardized migration playbooks and coordinating specialized engineering teams, the SME ensures that each transition strictly adheres to Department of the Air Force (DAF) compliance and continuous authentication mandates.
Ultimately, the Migration SME acts as the strategic linchpin between technical execution and DAF leadership, accelerating the delivery of a secure, unified enterprise identity fabric at an unprecedented scale.
