Job description
PATH is seeking a LCSW Clinician to join the ICMS Special Programs Team at our Los Angeles office. You will deliver crisis intervention, risk assessment, and biopsychosocial evaluations while coordinating care with mental health and SUD providers.
As part of a multidisciplinary group, you’ll support clients in a Permanent Supportive Housing context, ensuring timely documentation and coordination of services in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
