Job description
Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full-time ICU Charge Registered Nurse in Roswell, NM. You will lead nursing care, manage patient flow, and coordinate with unit leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma, with RN licensure in NM and at least 1 year of Charge Nurse experience or equivalent managerial experience. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
