Job description
HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist focused on ICU and trauma services. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, optimize medications for critically ill patients, and support antimicrobial stewardship and protocol development.
The role requires a PharmD, Florida license, 3–5 years inpatient experience with at least 1 year in critical care; BCPS or BCCCP preferred.
