Job description
ChristianaCare’s Newark Campus is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join an ICU-focused team. This full-time role includes day and evening shifts, weekend/holiday coverage, and direct patient care in high-acuity units.
You will participate in rounds, manage therapies per approved policies, monitor outcomes, order labs, and collaborate with providers. Licensure in Delaware required; PharmD or BS in Pharmacy; ASHP residency preferred.
